yeah i don't know if i said this yet or not but we have a milkman now and it is the greatest thing ever milk, eggs, juice, bread, muffins, coffee creamers, other breakfast items, etc. delivered ...

I just found out I could actually make around trip + minor expenses out there pretty reasonably =) I gotta get settled and THEN take a long vaca.
Out of curiosity, how much do surf lessons run? They do it per hour or in packages like snowboarding?
