I wrote out explicit instructions for my sister-in-law for the rest of this week because she is watching our dog. So I wrote..."If Atlas is outside with you, make sure he has plenty of water". "Make sure you don't leave him in the house for more than 8-10 hours at a time because he may pee on the floor", etc. Yea, and as I was checking in a patient, I accidentaly put it with his chart. lol One of the nurses came out and was like..."uhhhh, who's is this???" we all got a good laugh out of it...including the patient. haha
