I have a frozen Thai meal for lunch (it's imported) and it has instructions for heating per Watts of your microwave. Never seen that before.

the hardest part of making the meal will be figuring out what the wattage of your microwave is. they never put it in nice big letters right on the front.

I figured it was at least 1000 so I went with the highest number of Watts on the package. It worked. :) Tasty treat! So not on my diet, but very tasty. The nice part is there were no additives/preservatives.
