hey do you guys have NO sales tax on clothing and food? my physical therapist told me her friend from NJ informed her of it.
that's right. although there is tax on prepared food, like at restaurants.
NO WAY! ok so why no tax on clothing and non prepped food?
because they're essential to life?
and because they make it up in other taxes?
