forget it i got through...but holy moly....18 grams of fat!!!!!!! and 370 calories! man im glad the rest of my day was healthy!
have you had the reduced fat banana chocolate chip cake thingy. OMG so yum. and only 8g's of fat.
dif areas have dif pastries. the only rf cakes we have in the northeast region are rf cin rf blueberry and rf orange creme. and dont let the rf fool you...check the calories...yikes. i dont know how we dont get more of a bad rap like mcDonalds....certain drinks are like your calorie count for the day...and forget the pastries...dont even try the apple fritter.....OMG 500 bloody calories!
well if you get your drinks...like i get a caramel macchiato (sm) non-fat, w/sugar free vanilla, its only 75 calories and 1 gram of fat.
and the frapuccinos lights are only 100 calories and zero fat and low sugar
*beleive me im all about counting fat and sugars, im not THAT worried about calories BUT i dont go big on the calories either
gross! i hate the sugar free & light they have such a bad after taste!!! and all that sugar free stuff is pretty bad for you also. you basically have to choose what is your lesser of two equals. or just not eat or drink at starbucks lol actually all things in moderation are okay.
lol i said less of two "equals" i meant evils. i guess i just have sugar free sweetners on the brain.
hahha, good thing you caught that, i was so gonna make fun of you.
i actually feel bad when people order frappuccinos....just for a drink your wasting an average of about 400-500 calories easy...and forget about adding whipped cream!!! that adds about 130 or more calories and about 12 grams of fat!!!
yeah i was pretty distraught this past winter when I realized my daily drinks were like 600 calories a pop - i kept getting this one latte.. i forgot what it was i think either gingerbread or some other one that they had over the winter? i don't know maybe they still have it. anyway, it was quite ridiculous to find that out haha
yea. like socal said though you can modify your drink to be "healthier" but youre def going to be sacrificing taste.
yeah. I just usually get the regular coffee now when I do go, or like a plain cappucino which I think is lower in calories than the flavored stuff.
see im used to the "sugar-free" taste so to me it tastes the same, ya know what i mean.
thats impossible
yeah once you've acquired that taste for it, you dont see a difference...well i shouldnt speak for all. im speaking for me myself and i.
i prefer diet soda over regular soda.. regular soda is way too sweet. I mean i hardly ever drink soda as it is, but i hate regular it's like drinking pure sugar and it's nasty. the end.
even now, it's STILL impossible
