not really. you can soak the carne asada in like a salsa or with chilis, but its usually prepped for you when you hit the mexican markets...so all you have to do is throw it on the grill.
I have never seen a mexican market around here. :o(
well if you go into a reg market you can marinate it in salsa and that should give it the extra zing.
