Never made kebabs (I like calling them kebabs instead). I think a lamb kebab with some curry on the side would be nnice. Lately, I've considered becoming a vegetarian tho to get healthier.. I don't know if I could do it. But, I've thought about it lately. Lamb is so good. Lamb tiki, lamb gyro, lamb whatever. As far as beef kebabs and zucchini and peppers go... peppers I could take or leave them... occassionly I have a sweet pepper here and there on a WaWa sandwich. I not a zucchini fan. Beef is alright.

I wanna start a working out regiment as well, in conjunction with a strict diet. I kept fit in London by walking long distances all the time. Not as nearly as interesting to walk in the suburb enviroment of Central Jersey. It has its random good bits, like the boardwalk. And if I drive a ways, I could hike in the mountains. There's a couple local trails, and the better ones up north. But I don't make the time to go as much as I'd like to 'cause I'm more preoccupied with making music in my spare time. If I'd the money to spare, I'd like to get a Treadmill and a Universal. My bike is kinda broken and I miss bike riding. If I spot a good used mountain bike or a really low cost new mountain bike, I'll be inclined to buy and start riding again. The insane hours of my job don't help my health, because it means I'm eating food really really late before going to bed, so it's bad for the metabolism process and I'm always feeling hungry because all my meals during the course of the day are at way inbalanced times.
are you close to the beach (or "shore" as you guys call it)? you can run on the beach....def good exercise.
Yes. I live about 15 miles west of the beach/sea/ocean/shore. Good idea. I'll have to give it a go.
On the beach/shore thing... Depends on what region you're from... it's a regional thing. I usually say beach actually. Calling it the Shore is a more New York/North Jersey thing. The people of Ocean County (where I live) mostly say beach and the "bennies" that travel down here seem to call it the shore.

i saw it. that looked like lavalette or somewhere up route 35.... fifteen minutes from me. the young guy who blubbered like a baby works at the pathmark near me. i couldn't believe my eyes when he entered the frame. i wonder if he still works there now that the account of his 'soliciting a minor' arrest has been public.
