I think obesity has more to do with inactivity. You have to exercise to stay healthy.
i agree. sitting on the couch is not helping anyone. get up, walk around, go for a bike ride, play some tennis. it's good.
well of course, this is where the "lazy, not enough time" part comes in too
like we have one gym, it's 20 minutes away, and the next one is like 45 minutes away.
