So, I went to work this morning and felt like a pile of pudding, so I came home to rest a little. I think caffeine is screwing up my system. I don't get to bed till like 1am nowadays and when I wake up it's like I got no sleep. I think coffee needs to be stripped from my system.
im wired ALL day if i have too much caffeine and then ill get like a panic attack at night cause of what i had all day. lol
I don't know what the deal is. I've felt exhausted all week. Maybe I need vitamins. But it's not like I am inactive. I exercise and stuff. My mom has Fibro Mialga (not sure of spelling). I wonder if it's heriditary.
maybe you caught mono? or you've just been SO stressed that you're finally relaxing? vitamins could DEF be a factor!

hahaha i've had the gnarliest sinus headache and took meds for it and it still hasnt gone away. so i emailed the symptoms to my friend and told them i had a tumor. lol
maybe you got the ebola? mad cow? the HIV?
Haha... I think it's my wacky sleep pattern. I feel much better when I'm in bed by 11.
having caffeine in your system prevents you from getting the most out of your sleep. so you wake up feeling less rested.
and if you drink a cup of coffee in the morning, some of that caffeine is still in your system when you go to sleep that night. which makes you more tired the next day. so you drink more coffee. and the cycle continues.
get yourself off caffeine. it'll probably help.
