This just depressed me. :o( I'm living in a closet. Meanwhile people who bought 10 yrs ago and make less money are able to have a house. Doesn't seem fair.
just stay away from the big cities...you dont like em anyway. thats where its most expensive...and all of CA. lol
I live in farm country. It's still expensive. Even eastern PA is getting pricey. Hackettstown is like 1 mile across. You drive west of it and it is all farms and woods.
My rent is $1100 a month for a small 2BR apt.
OK. $1100 a month IS NOT expensive for a 2 bedroom. here in OC, you're looking to pay $1300 for a one bedroom.
and thats just starting. apts like across the street from Angels Stadium are starting at $1600 for a one bedroom.
Yeah but the house I live in is really old. I'm guessing those are new facilities at least.
There's a house next door being rented out for $1500. 3BR's. But it's old too, and that'd pretty much tap me out. We'd be living on spaghetti o's. LOL!
$1500 is good for a house.
Yeah but for $200-300 more you can get a newer place. Sucks only having one income. I can't wait till the kids no longer need to go to daycare. I'll save $500 a month. Many yrs away from that though.
thats right, i forgot you had the kidders. kids alone are expensive.
well hey, look at it this way....you can do what the illegals do here..they buy an $800K house and have like 10 families live in it! lol
Definitely. Kids bleed you dry. Haha...
How do they buy if they are illegal? Aren't credit checks done?
they get someone who's a citizen here file all the documents under their name and them BAM all the illegals in one home.
