yeah i was gonna say how does that hold any water, a parent who does not have physical custody at the time, in a different state no less, what say does she have
unless the schools etc know, specifically, they still release info etc cause she is a "parent" ya know.

oh yeah it is. we had to go through it and its not fun. like my poor little nephew was almost a "prisoner" at his own school. my sis was crazy and his dad was in and out of prison so we had to take EVERY step to have him protected.
