i really think that you build up a dependancy to chapstick. I'm a compulisive chapstick user, and if i don't use it for a few hours, my lips get so chapped, Austin never uses it, and his lips are never chapped!
i have four thousand sticks of chapstick. I bite my lips if i don't constantly have schmutz on them....
i believe this. i never use it and never have a problem.
