note to self take it easy on the squats goodness... i can't walk!!!!! i've been trying to build the muscles in my leg back up since my knee is pretty much healed up..... sooo.... yeah walk...

Watch it with squats. Start with leg extensions and low weight on presses. If you aren't using a machine for squats, it's easy to hurt yourself using a bar. I tweaked my knee a couple of years ag...

yeah sad thing is i'm not really using heavy weights, just dumbells, like 15 pounders, haha... i just haven't done them in so long, and my one leg is atrophied after my knee injury...

but yeah i have to take it easy lol
