so I ordered a skirt from JC Penny last week, and it said it would be delievered in 2-3 business days. I still don't have it and so this morning I tracked the shipping. It says it was delivered yesterday but I definitely don't have it. Any ideas as to what I should do?
contact UPS with the tracking number etc. AND double check the address to see if its your address.

yeah, so i just did more research on this it was USPS not UPS. I clearly cant read. lol So its probably in my mail box
