yo ian i watched that 5 minute star wars special, and you were right - it's horrible. I couldn't imagine watching two hours of it, 5 minutes was plenty.

I still love that Chewbacca's parents are named "Itchy" and "Lumpy" and that Han Solo drops him off and then leaves after saying "you guys are like family to me" with some of the worst acting i've ever seen.
