You'd have to fix it in your iTunes (by duplicating all of the mp3s, and adding them into iTunes and then fixing the album/compilation/track numbers), and then upload all the new files to the FTP.

these are all fixed and re-uploaded...winter mix is up too. i think we should totally share our mixes we make. get to work guys. mix sharing = good times.
