I used an online calorie calculator and a guy who is 6'-3" and 230lbs like myself should take in 3250 calories. So I'm making an excel spreadsheet of what I eat throughout the day, to make sure I am eating less than that to spark fat loss. 210-215lbs is my ideal weight range. So I could probably get down to that in less than a month.

Is that what you use to dictate how many fattening snacks you can eat without turning into a balloon? LOL!
that's the beautiful thing about it.. balloons deflate if you fill them up too much. i'm working towards that goal.
