yeah, your really tough, with your p.j's and your carb counting. you sound like a chick, dude. you should change your name to "sisterman," or "brotherwoman". then you and all your fellow redsweater carb counting buddies can go have a slumber party, and eat marshmallow peeps, and ice cream right out of the carton,while crying about how no matter how much you work out and diet, you can't lose any weight.

well my dad is 52 and still in good shape. you should see the way he eats. also my brother and future brother in law are probably two of the biggest slobs i know, and neither of them are fatties. i'm tellin you, i've got good genes.
