Kite Runner - very good and very sad. I felt like crying through most of it.
Playing for Pizza - John Grisham - It was "eh". Not as good as Skipping Christmas
Next - Michael Crichton - somehow I missed this one previously. Very good. Read in the 2.5 hour plane ride home from Florida, and finished it in the car coming home from the airport. (Note, Lauren was driving).
Still waiting on my Taylor Max book from the library.
Also trying to track down a copy of Truth in Translation without buying it, because that book is mad expensive. It rates a bunch of different bible translations and gives the NWT the best marks.
seems like a lot of michael crichton's books are pretty short reads, it's nice not having a 500 page book once in a while. i'm still reading congo, i'm only a few chapters in tho
