I had a long comment prepared, and accidently erased it before I got to post it. Let me try again. I might have a few catch phrases of my own, but mostly my friends and I have whole ways of talking that are just weird or different. Just put Alex, Matty, and me together, and you'll see what I mean.
I. PINCH. I use this word, too, but in a very different way. Actually 2 different ways than you. One way is to get blocked out from doing something. The other definition we have is to poop, or the poop itself.
1) "I got pinched out of hot chocolate today, cause Jeff got the last packet."
2) "I gotta go pinch." (as in pinching a loaf. Crude, yes. Hilarious, oh, yeah. I love the imagery.) Sometimes this sentence was "I have to go take a pinch".
II. BEAST. I've called people who are unusually strong, fit or able -a beast. I've also used it in a way like you do. I think the weirdest way I ever used BEAST was in a way that meant I had to head out, or leave my current location. A couple of friends and I started saying that like 10 years ago. Since then I prefer "roll out" like Optimus Prime says to his autobots. Here's some examples:
1) "Yo, lets beast this joint."
2) "Beast out"
lol
your bro made up that use of beast, remember!?
hahah, yeah, and we still say it from time to time. (ok more than we should admit! haha)
