Man, that's sick. I was expecting to see some super fat sumo guy, but he looks like a scrawny little kid. I like how he's all dress up like the Karate Kid too, what's that all about? haha

yeah, he was 137 pounds!! although 50 hotdogs... how much weight is that?!

katiedid katiedidFounder

I believe it would be 6.25 pounds of hot dog. (if a package of hot dogs is 16 oz. and there are 8 in a package, then each hot dog is about 2 oz. Fifty hot dogs multiplied by 2 oz. equals 100 oz. To convert it into lbs., divide that number by 16...)

yes, but you also have to compensate for the buns and garnishings... who could eat 50 hotdogs dry?? ya gotta have SOMETHING on em!

ok according to research I just did on the internet, a hot dog bun weighs .09481 pounds, so times 50 thats... 4.74 additional pounds, bringing the grand total to 10.99 pounds. of bread and processed meat. I believe there were no condiments just the addition of water(I've read they usually dip the hot dogs in water to help them go down easy), but I won't go into that, since I'd have to do experiments on the absorptive qualities of hot dog buns, and the average dipping speed of the contestant in question.
I just don't have the experimental data, sorry guys.
