well let me put it this way,John the Baptizer chose to abstain from alcohal, but Jesus first merical, not to mention the fact that his comemoration, or memmorial , includes wine, shows that he drank every once in a while. the key is moderation. but the point is also to allow each follower of Jehovah to choose there own path and road when it comes to things of that nature. now the movie thing has been debated for years. you can do what you want, but think of the example that you ar setting. No mater which way you slice it, the world even conciders it bad enough for a "R" rating. so do what you want, but keep in mind, who ever you are, you are a servant of god 24/7. before and after you leave that movie
