i'm still on the diet. i don't lose weight as quickly at at first, but i am still losing it. it is not the same as atkins at all. atkins says you can eat all the fatty meats and stuff you want and NO carbs which includes certain vegetables and other good things. candida diet is much more balanced. you are only supposed to eat lean meats and lots of vegetables and stay away from processed stuff. and you can eat carbs like rice and stuff, but not a lot.
