you guys may wanna try my diet: The twEEtEr Diet. wat you do is eat half of everything. like, for example, if you usually eat 4 grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch, eat only 2 instead. eating healthy snacks is a plus. you may or may not see results, but it worked for me.
anybody that is going on this diet let me know. i'll eat all those extra snacks
