i think less energy should be spent on making food and MORE energy should be spent on calming down and sedating lauren. i don't know lauren's last name.

yes..i remember now. nordictrack- what a silly product. right up there with the ab buster. or the sliding thing. i had a slide. what was it called. you wore these slippers and went sliding around your living room like you were ice skating. a slide n' glide? i cant' remember. i broke it.
