i read once in a book how when you have happy moments, you really don't feel them. you'll just look back and see that you were happy. last nite at the beach, i was just truly happy. something to ...

yes, i think the beach has the affect on me... most times i was truly happy and content, was when i was on the beach... after a long day of swimming... just sitting on the sand, all by myself and looking at the waves... such GREAT memories..
