They need new blood on warp tour and need to can penny wise and all the ranicds cause they are all a quater away from selling out. Plus I know u ezabelers are gonna hate this but bands like taking back sunday make crap cause they know you like crap they suck, they are just one gigantic chick fest. See its cool if u happen to fall in a genre and its like hey where this. But its not if its about the money and is co produced marketed crap and they wrote taht cause they know it will sell. Bands like good charroltte and new found glory and Taking Back sunday are all guilty of this and they will soon fade. I used to like Good Charlotte like 2 yeras ago but they got corupted by sucess and money and forgot what it was all about it should always be about the music not mass production. I mean have u heard good charlottes new song girls dont liek boys girls like guys with money, are you kidding me that sounds like bad 80's goth pop and theres some good 80's goth pop but its not that rock. And rock should never be assiciated with them. They are like the minie kiss. Back to warp tour If ur headling band is a 7 song powerhchick band then the tour will fall soon. They better get some new blood and I know for a fact thats why drive thru wasnt on there this year they didnt wanna loose money and its becoming a poorly managed. To be frank i was disapointed by that cause i am a big fan of rx abndits and thats the only drive thru band i iike those guys are talented and doing thier thing. i know what you're saying, for the most part. i've been to the warped every single year except the very first [96, i think] and the most recent [2003] and it's just gotten progressively more crowded and more weak. a strange way for it to go. no one is doing anything interesting anymore. don't get me wrong i wanted to go this year, but it was to see bands i'd already seen a few times. bands that already have a good name. none of the new bands on display are doing anything new or exciting. except BERET! but anyway, the fact that the weaker the line ups are, the more crowded it gets AND the younger the crowd gets--it just adds to the fact that these new bands suck and are ripping you kids off. it doesn't add up to me. but you all seem to love it so much, so i guess you're, in fact, NOT being ripped off! but there is much more intelligent, interesting, ground breaking stuff out there. you don't have to sit in a digusting sweating pit of juveniles to see good bands. good bands are all over the place. but soon--you'll be forced to grow out of it--because these bands absolutely will not last. in another ten years we'll talking about the one hit wonders of 00's the same way we talk about the one hit wonders of the eighties and nineties. s'all the same in the end.
