yeah that idea is meant as a protection for the both of you but some people get a bit to carried away about that when its not their business or their children.
I understand the reasoning and I don't mind that much but it's hard when other young ones think it's a dumb idea and dont want to cooperate or help out.
example: Im not gonna see mike tonight cause we couldnt find anyone to travel with us an hour away. he's going without me - lol
