actually this is just a joke. I thought twinkies were indestructable AND in-expire-able. Hmm, actually the only food that doesn't need an expiration date is Honey, and that's the truth

it's actually marshmallow. looked it up, and turns out there's a plant called a marsh mallow (mallow be of the genus Malva), and originally marshmallows were made from the root of the plant. now, of course, they're made of sugar.
