no he can speak, just not in any specific language, he can grunt and stuff
this is insane!! but i guess when you don't use any language for a period of time, you forget it. but that's odd. maybe he's gotten used to not being understood.
This may have to do with some type of psychological condition..he should probably go get that checked out.
I'd tell him to, but he doesn't speak anything so he just has to suffer
