was that "deragatory" enough... but seriuosly.. did you ever see those guys at the gym..ugh.. sorry buddy.. but if you ever go to the gym with me .. and do squats .. I'M NOT SPOTTING YOU !!! NO WAY ..EVER..! anyway ..for 6 weeks i stayed away from the gym.. and i went back last sunday.. and guess what.. NO SORENESS.. i love it..
