I don't think a diet is going to help you. Actually, it may kill you. You are pretty thin as it is. If you have no muscle tone in that region and you diet, it won't give you a 6-pack. You better ju...

I don't mean diet as in lack of eating. I mean diet as in nutritional food. I don't want to get thinner. I should put on some pounds, if anything.

*sounds like a infomercial dude* if you wanna see those chizzled grilled cheese smokin washboard ripped cinnamon and gravy hot abs, then do this exercise!

The Crunch: let's see, you lay down on your back. level ground, not the ceiling as some of my clients attempted, saying they felt the pain after they did one. (maybe cuz they fell from a ceiling!!) ahem... and then you have a bench that's like 3 feet high right? put your lower legs on top of it. so now you kinda look like you're in a sitting position, except horizontally.

have your palms on the back of your head so your arms are bent and then do a crunch, and just go as far as your elbow can touch the knee on the opposite side (like say your going up with your right elbow, you'd touch your left knee) and alternate, but don't let your upper back touch the ground. and do it over! and over! and over! i'd say about 5 sets of 20 repetitions.

if that's too easy or too hard, adjust how many reps so that it gives you a challenge. to really get those abs growing, you need to get a weight plate on your stomach - a weight heavy so that you can only do 16 or less repetitions.

and there you have it! *cheesy smile*
