What you wish you could make
by There's a long list of foods I wish I could cook with, or dishes I wish I could make but lack the time or equipment.
1. Anything with truffles. The real kind. $100/oz.
2. Special chocolates. I'd love to make glossy tempered treats, but I have 2 sq feet of counter space; none of it marble.
3. Profiteroles or any fancy-pastry. Again, not enough counter space and a food processor that's too small. A pastry bag is also required.
4. Any kind of tart. I don't have tart pans.
