Salmon Marinade
by I made salmon last night for our dinner party, with the slight help of the head chef where I work. He suggested a citrus marinade, and it turned out GRRRRREAT!!! So, for all you seafood lovers, here it is, and it's SUPER easy. Oh, and I'll bet it can be used on other fish too.
Orange juice
orange zest
lemon juice
lemon zest
lime juice
lime zest
olive oil
crushed red pepper
Kind of use your best judgement on how much of each to use.....whatever your tastes dictate. Marinate for at least 4 hours, longer to increase the flavor.

I can eat beef and fish any day of the week, but I have the hardest time with chicken. When I was pregnant, I got SO sick from the smell of cooking chicken, and ever since then, it's messed me up. The only way I can eat it is if it's fried or processed (like chicken nuggets), and if I'm not around while it's cooking. I can eat it in other ways too, but ONLY if it's cooked away from me.

I love the smoke from pipes! it smells so good! it's like, really sweet. cigarettes are the WORST...ugh,
I used to like pipes, but I worked at a bank when I was preggo, and this guy used to come in, and you'd think he WAS a pipe from how much he stunk. It filled the entire bank, and I'd have to go into the break room until he left, 'cause I'd get so sick to my stomach.
