Lemon Poppy Chicken LOCKED

I made this last night and it was super good and easy.

Take about 1lb of chicken breast, cut it up into bite size piece.

Dredge it in flour, seasoned with salt & pepper.

Cook it up in a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil. (Shake off excess flour)

When chicken is starting to brown up, Zest a whole lemon into the pan, and add the juice of 1 whole lemon. Throw in minced garlic...(i love garlic, so i use about 3 big cloves)

Last, add your poppy seeds. (add quite a bit to coat the chicken completely)

Let that work for another minute or two.

Serve on a bed of cous cous. (Substitute chicken broth for water when cooking cous cous)

It was excellant! And the whole thing took about 15 minutes! NICE!

Just a thought...when i have a lot of cutting of meat to do....I use my kitchen shears, I think it's a lot quicker than using a knife.
