Sugar-free cheesecake recipe that will own you

juicymango by juicymangoOG 2003 · Nov 18, 2003 · 84 views · ·

2 8-oz packets of cream cheez
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
4 packets of Splenda sweetener (or sugar... if you dont' want this to be sugar-free)

Pie crust - you can make your own, delicious and sugar free, by mixing walnuts/pecans with a little butter and sweetener in a food processor or maybe blender, then spreading this in the pie dish. It's EXCELLENT, in my opinion, better than graham-cracker crust.

first prepare the pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.. while you make the rest

Mix the rest of the ingredients together until smooth and silky

pour the pie mix into the prepared baked crust (the crust doesn't have to be totally baked, just hot) and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes

sprinkle with blueberries for an extra delicious treat

ENJOY!!

Hey here's a recipe for a tofu cheesecake. http://www.trnrecipes.com/recipetarget.asp?Id=523
Just I guess substitute the graham cracker crust and the sugar and honey if you want it to be sugar-free as well. Yay for cheesecake.
