Stolen recipes

Have you ever gotten a really interesting dish at a restaurant and wished you could have it at home? I've stolen a couple recipes for oustanding meals, have you? Mine are below:

From Pistachio's in Allentown, PA:
Cilantro pesto angelhair.
For the pesto: toasted pine nuts, fresh parmesean, fresh cilantro, olive oil, salt, lemon. I always play around with the amounts, but put it all in a blender, cold, then add to angel hair that is still hot. The restaurant put scallops in it; the seafood flavor worked great with the salty-tang of the pesto.

From Cullin's Fresh Food in Florham Park, NJ:
Bowtie pasta salad.
Cook and drain bowtie pasta. Add fresh arugula lettuce, sun dried tomatoes (jarred with olive oil, capers and spices) and parmesean-reggiano cheese. The arugula will wilt and although it's a bitter lettuce, cut by the salty cheese and sweet tomatoes, the flavors meld very well on your fork.
I've also stolen numerous soup recipes from this restaurant, along with an almond-crusted salmon, which is prepared according to its name; slather slivered almonds on a salmon fillet and brown in olive oil, then transfer to oven if desired.

From Ron's Landmark in Landing, NJ:
Chicken Balsamico.
Combine fresh thyme and flour, coat chicken with mixture. Brown chicken on both sides in plenty of butter and olive oil. Add just about 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar and a jar of sun dried tomatoes in oil. Simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is falling apart. Chicken on the bone works well for this dish, too, but I think it's too much work to cut it off. :) Serve with broccoli or asparagus and seasoned broiled potatoes (I like to do mine with rosemary and olive oil, but Herbs De Provence is the official seasoning for this kind of side).

C'mon, I know I'm not the only thief. What recipes have you stolen?

Vegetable Korma or (Navratan Korma) it's this yummy Indian dish it comes in variations. I have tried twice unsuccessfully to replicate this delicacy. It is soooo good.
