NOFX or NUFAN. or BOTH!
by NO USE FOR A NAME, and NOFX are going to be playing very soon, very nearby. I love both bands, but I've seen NUFAN a few times, but never a complete show. Every little bit I've caught has been amazing. I even met the singer one time! I love their older stuff, but I'm not to happy with their newest album. It does nothing for me.
On the other hand, there's NOFX. I hate their oldest stuff (like the 1st two albums), but everything else is amazing, and I love it. They just keep getting better and better. I have only ever seen them once, and they were AMAZING live. I did, however, puke from sunpoisoning and a bad selection of breakfast sandwich. Yuck. So I don't know who to go see.

my brother went to NUFAN last night, said it SUCKED! tony sly, the lead singer, was really sick and couldn't really sing. he said when he tried to sing he felt like he was gonna puke. so they had some other guy come up and sing, but he didn't know all the songs. so they just started having people from the audience sing, and that was okay, but the show ended after about 25 minutes

after the show on tuesday night, i ran into tony at the bar we went to. He was drinking(surprise surprise). Possibly the reason for the sickness.
but what a crappy show.
I doubt that hed be sick the NEXT night from drinking, unless he killed it and kept going till like noon that day haha.
unfortunately for me, I won't be going to either one. :(
