Maybe this should be in the Games Forum, but i figured its more of a geek question. Ive been playing around with Frap, recording some stuff ingame in WoW.

So i have a trial ver of Frap... pretty easy to use, nice interface, plus using VirtualDub for compression. Here is where im running into an issue. Im confused, being that ive never done any type of video compression.... what exactly should i be using? Are there better programs out there?
