Firefox extensions
OK. so I had to install firefox again on a new machine, and I was grabbing my favorite extensions:
del.icio.us plugin (nicer than the bookmarklets)
web developer plugin (love the CSS live modification)
venkman javascript debugger (0.9.87 works with Firefox 1.5 https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/216/)
SessionSaver (keeps track of your open tabs, if you close Firefox or if Firefox crashes,love it! I become so dependent on it that I get angry when it breaks and I lose my open websites, though. And if you have multiple windows open)
And I just installed Foxmarks which is a way to synchronize bookmarks to a server an multiple installations of Firefox. I really really like this as I can have all the same bookmarks at home and at work. and it works great. I may not need del.icio.us anymore.
Also, I'm giving Sage a shot as my RSSReader.
Any other suggestions? What do you use, and why?

Dude, you need Firebug. www.getfirebug.com
It's replaced Venkman for me. And it's got SO many nice features. Perfect companion to Web Developer.
I also use:
IE Tab => for easily switching into IE from within firefox (just click the little logo in the status bar)
Adblock Plus => obvious
Adblock Filterset.G Updater => updates filters automatically
FLST => focus last selected tab. close a tab, and it goes back to your previously select one. click on your current tab to toggle quickly back and forth between two tabs.
Google Toolbar => love the autocomplete, and other quick functions available
Google Bookmarks Button => i like this because i use google bookmarks (instead of del.icio.us or something) http://www.menjatallarins.com/extensions/
I might switch to google bookmarks instead of foxmarks, only because I want google to run my entire life.
