i haven't used a point and shoot in a couple years

i'm looking for one actually becauase i miss having a camera on me at all times that doesn't weigh like 10 pounds

I love time-lapse photography. And the opposite too... There's a new show called Time Warp that I watched the other day... they use super high-def cameras to slow things down while not dminishing quality... http://dsc.discovery.com/tv/time-warp/time-warp.html
