Been waiting to see this out for a while back when I worked in embedded software this fella was always ranting and raving about chips that could program themselves on the fly, sounds like a derivative of FPGAs (field programmable arrays), but these are significant in the fact that their C++ compiler will find nonexistent instruction operations and build machine code for them.
