Anyone else getting this? I have a laptop at work that I want to try this out on... but.. its going SO slow... any alternate dl sites? im praying ian will pull something outta his butt and maybe have this on an ftp somewhere.. buuut i dunno.
Im really excited tho... i hear the gameplay is pretty sick.

woah cool i cant wait to try this... for pc tho don't think i could bare to play the twitch style fps on console. but at least wii will fix this problem in the future :)

I have no problem with this game, why is it that only Halo people have a problem with?
This is a weird thing. I didn't know that other "halo" lovers don't like Half-Life. I'm not one of them, but I DO find that I have a really really hard time with playing HL-based multiplayer games. I stink...which stinks.
Get me on Halo, and I'm a different animal. Same with Q3 back in the day. I could tear people up. TONS of rail gun shots while guys were in midair. I'd fire a rocket, and could predict exactly where you'd land, and send another there. HL, back in the day, I put up something of a fight, but I'd get owned usually by larry, brandon, or ian.

I think i should probably spoiler tag alot of this, but.. whatever... i dont think anyone that really cares is gonna read it.
But anyways. AMAZING pick up from the last moments of HL2. The Citdel exploding... alyx saved by these strange group of Vortigaunts.. THEN they defend you from the G-Man...
So many cool moments in this game. I mean right off the bat, you meet up with Alyx and Dog... trying to sneak BACK into the Citadel, but you run into a problem. A HUGE drop between you and where you need to go... how to fix it? Dog THROWS you in a wrecked car across! I mean, how COOL is that! hahaha.
Moments like that keep happening, i am only about an hour or 2 into the game and my jaw just keeps on dropping. Alyx is the hottest and best sidekick you could ask for. She NEVER dies and NEVER runs outta ammo... and has some pretty funny and witty lines as well.
Characters are reused with a few new ones thrown in. Headcrabs on Combine... they rush you, and pull out a gernade and go all kamikazi... sooo anoyying.
But overall... im excited about finishing it up to see where everything will end up. If you guys wanna try it out, i could hook you up with my Steam login or whatever.

As soon as it finished DL'n and he had it loaded up to check it out, the screen of the computer got cracked, lol. UnBEleivable.
