Last night was good fun. Ian you are VERY fast ... I counted it as a personal victory for me finally winning.

Yeah man! Good races. Mikayla accidentally chose to race Manual, which she hasn't done before. So she got really frustrated and quit. Oh well.

Since you taught me how to get boosts off of jumps, I've been doing it everywhere. Really makes you a lot faster.

yes. which is why once i get behind, it's sooo difficult to catch up

my favorite is doing the boosts/jumps in the half pipe, that is a blast

haha yeah so fun!

in the Bowser's Castle track that we did last, the very last strip before the finish line has those plumes of lava that form and shoot up all over the ground. you can turbo through that whole section off those little bumps. wheeeee

Well that would take money away from more important things, Like my ecuadorian girl who was orphaned at the age of 2, cancer research, paying other peoples bills.

I don't have a Wii. But if anyone wants to Stimulate the Economy and get me one. My happy feelings will feel happy.

did you end up getting one? a lot of circuit city stores have them, and you can check online before you go and just do "in store pickup". Maybe the one in Laguna?

That line reminded me of when Drago said to Rocky, "I must break you." LOL

OK, so to work around the lack of voice chat when you play online, I created a conference bridge to use when playing the game. Not sure how well this will work but it's worth a shot. If you use a headset it's probably better than speakerphone.

Dial-In #: 1-218-486-7200
Bridge: 107978

Note - this is just a regular phone call, no extra rates or anything. if you use your cell phone, it after 9 or on the weekends, it's free - otherwise you use your minutes.

i checked, and since i'm the admin i have to set it up when we all agree to be online. i can set the call to continue if i leave, though.
