Basically, provides automatic relationships in your models based on database schema. Even works with :has_many .., :through => ...
I thought this was a really cool idea. I was wondering why this wasn't part of Rails when I first started messing around with it.
And I also like this meta-programming discussion on how it works.

(I'm still learning about Ruby, but I grok most of this)

eZabel is now running Rails 1.2. I haven't refactored it to use REST yet, but I may.
One nice thing is that now the autolink function works a lot better on links that people post with commas and question marks.
sweet. I'm going to RailsConf'07
Wow! That's awesome! You're doing a lot of Rails work nowadays?
I worked on a couple prototypes, nothing in production yet, and I was helping out another group to get their Rails project going. I'm in a new group now, so I'm trying to get them to use it, and I'll be using it for any new work I do myself.

I found this last week, I haven't had a chance to watch them, but hopefully soon:
http://podcast.sdruby.com/
this is exactly what I was looking for, the local (philly, nyc) user groups have interesting talks that I'd like to go to, but i've got no time, this user group (San Diego) posts podcasts of their talks.
just sticking this here so it's not on the homepage.
The rails team has been BUSY over the past week, sheesh!

thanks. its hard to keep up with all this stuff. I've been reading "Rails Recipes" great book, I'm learning about a lot of the features in 1.1 that weren't in the Agile Web Dev with Rails book.
