I think I might say one of the reflection classes, like Class or Method. I think it's so sweet to be able to introspect classes generically and use them without knowing anything about them.

i'm a big fan of the "History of Columbian Grown". It focused primarily on Juan Valdez and his trusty goat. It was packed ALLLL the time in there.
