Programming?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone out there knew or knows how to do programming akin to actually making a program. I have a side company that has a program used in excel. It's basically a glorified spreadsheet program, which could be reproduced in VB, etc...

It is something i can go over with you, whomever is interested. I just would need to discuss capabilities and fees etc... Thanks...................

basically, all i am asking is if a program with excel type functions can be made into a program, with windows and printouts and expandable and can be done by someone here.
