i hate the music they play at my gym, it's not as bad as my last gym but still lots of christina aguilera, britney spears, and crappy pop punk bands. I gotta get one of those arm bands for my ipod.
Mine plays that stuff too - but every now and then they'll throw in an 80's pop song. I was lifting with my headphones on, but then heard paula abdul coming over the speakers. Of course, I had to listen to Paula. :)

they play the best music at my gym, it's such a good mix of stuff, 80's, 90's, some hard rock...love it! but i still use my arm band if i'm running, cuz i need the music blasting to keep me motivated.

I have the Black Eyed Peas and some Pussycat Dolls on my Ipod (no laughing).......it's great because it has a beat, so it really gets you moving.
Also, J Lo's 'Let's Get Loud' and "Get Right' are good "move your body" songs.
i workout to black eyed peas and pussycat dolls too...its just good "get off your bootay" music...plus you remember how hot those girls and fergie are so it keeps you motivated.

for a good single song to download-"Bang Bang" by Rammstein. Good ups and downs. Used it for squats when I wasn't at the gym over the winter.
I have yet to cave in and buy a multi-hundred dollar MP3 thing. So I don't really work out to music...besides the radio they play at my gym.
But if I did, it'd be strung out, old school lagwagon, etown concrete, old school metallica, sick of it all, Krutch, fear factory, fury of five, rage against the machine, strife, snapcase. That kind of stuff. Hard music gets me psyched.

5:00pm every day on SoapNet. They're at the post-college years right now, which is the part I hate - they just had the episode when Brandon and Kelly have a wedding but don't get married. I like the ones from high school with Brenda and Dylan. Dylan's so hot.
Yah, the High School years are better because after that people start leaving and being replaced. I always loved Dylan McKay and I liked him better with Brenda then with Kelly- Brandon and Kelly work. But then Dylan's wife gets murdered so he leaves the show! And Brenda leaves because everyone hates whatsherface who plays her and she is kind of replaced by Valerie (Tiffany Amber Theesen). Oh, and Steve marries that pretty asian girl and has a baby with her but that is waaaaay later.
ok so I use Itunes now, and I stinkin love it. I don't even mind paying the 99 cents and getting a super fast, clean download with no problems
