Boston

i had a swell weekend in boston, folks. thought i'd tell you a little about it!

okay, well to begin with--this place is extremely historical. theres is tons to look at. old buildings, all kinds of memorials, fountains and statues all across the city. especially notable was bunker hill. it's like a short fat washington monument that you go inside and climb. 294 spiralling steps. doesn't sound too bad--but it's not an simple task, i'll tell you that. the view makes up for it. Harvard was VERY cool and i have to comment on the architecture throughout Boston. it's just beautiful.

the nightlife was extremely awesome. tons of GREAT resturants and clubs with varying degrees of...insanity. there were a lot of nice low key places to sit and have a drink and p'raps dance if the bug bites you and some places were just raging. and some places are mellow irish pubs until 11 and then transform into raging trance/dance/hophop clubs...i even heard a NIN version of In the Club by 50cent...i was like, "whaaa?" and almost all the places are smokeless! i loved that! anyway. plenty to do at night, tons of resturants and places to go. i loved Cheers! didn't see norm though.

so, yeah, this is getting long and it seems everyone has ADD here, so i'll clip it. i had a ball in Boston and i admonish everyone to go if you haven't already. it's like NYC only a bit smaller and TONS cleaner. i'm just slightly bummed i didn't get to go to a hall there. but on my next trip there it will definitely be a priority. and goodness gracious do i love the accents! cheers, ya'll!
