Looking In
Ok so I was with a bunch of people last night who rented out a VFW place...and there were some worldly people watching us dance and hang out over in the next room...and I thought...what do worldly people think when they see us??
"woah...looks like a party...i wonder how old these people are...hmmm...some nice looking girls...hey, how come they are wearing clothes?? what's up with that...HOLD ON ONE SECOND...there are PARENTS here! seriously man, I be tryin to dance and there be parents...ahhh well, at least they're probably doing shots before they dance...let me check out the drink situation here...ok, there's 50 bottles of poland spring...4 cokes...and 2 diet cokes. I'm surrounded by health nuts. What the heck. Aight. Well, I'm sure they got some vodka over he...little sandwiches. I just discovered little sandwiches! why is the music changing...whaaaaaaaat...WHY are the dancing like my parents...is this from the 40's?? Yo I'm gettin back to where the people aren't so WEIRD..."
Maybe people watching don't think these things...I don't know...if I wasn't a witness, i don't think i would understand...good times, anyway.

haha, i'm so glad that u think of weird things like this dan...cuz i do too. i think ur right..
yeah i think of a lot of weird thigns. for instance the other day i made a tofu cheese quesidilla. (i have no idea how to spell that word). do you know what i mean though? it has cheese. and tortilla.
close...quesadilla
mmmm.. those applebee's quesadillas were good!
yea they were!

okay im sorry i couldnt invite EVERYone... but i now that i look back i wish i did, maybe people would have shown up.
yo also! how good is pete granata?? hes the best dj ever!!
he actually is extremely good. i felt really cool for once because i could tell by the backbeats what song he was going to play next. i never noticed that djs did that before. or maybe just him. like while we were dancing to britney, i knew michael jackson was going to be on next, or else someone put "billie jean" as the background...
hahahahahahhahahahaha i love this journal dan! i was thinkin the same thing (well not exactly the same... but close) when those thugs walked in and tried to be up in our piece.
"our piece"...ok, you come from edison. not patterson.
hahahahahahahaha you love my ghetto talk.
they just so did not fit in
i always think about that too. people must think we are so strange. and pete was an awesome dj
i've wondered too, how we come across. but then i think they just probably think it's like a birthday party or family reunion or something.
a family re-union where me and cerrato are cuzins! with chicken fried chicken, collard greens, and kool-aid!
that makes you sound like white trash.
actually it makes him sound black.
i am black...
